Happy New Year!
Well, we had a great 2006, with lots of activity here at Sky Legend, and it looks like 2007 is shaping up to keep us very busy as well. 2006 gave us our model homes on Bentwood, and closed all custom lots in phase one of Sky Legend. We now have seven owners who have moved in on Open Sky Circle, with the remaining cottages scheduled to close in early 2007.

We have over 20 homes under construction right now, with many more to start once the weather warms up. We will have a busy spring between closing homes, and starting construction on new sales. Things will really be buzzing here in the next couple of months at the Legend! We are also putting together plans for new homes in phase 2 which are dubbed the “Sky Legend Custom Collection.” Call for more details on these properties today! |
| Our calendar is filling up now for open houses, golf tournaments, and special events here at Sky Legend. We are looking forward to a productive and fun year with all our new homeowners moving in.
